I was what the Government's categorisation methods referred to as a mental mutation, more specifically a level 3 telekinetic. This means I can move things just by thought and that I've began improving my precision and strength with practice but not exerting myself too much. This is about average for most people, it's very rare to find someone who is ranked a level 4 or 5. "Scar? Scarlett! We gotta go, now!" Before my mind could register what was happening, I slipped out of my sleeping bag, hastily rolled it up and stuffed it in my backpack.
